From October 25th to 26th, Dyloan Bond Factory hosted the fifth General Meeting, the third Stakeholder Advisory Board Meeting (SAB), and company visit in its headquarters of Chieti.
These days offered each partner the opportunity to understand the prototyping activities carried out by Dyloan Bond Factory (for the fashion and luxury sector), and by CRF and Volkswagen Group (for the automotive industry). The consortium had the chance to see the first garments conceived starting the design process from the material’s peculiar characteristics.
The first prototypes from the automotive sector were also shown: a headrest and a car dashboard.
Project partners shared a common vision of the project’s next steps, especially regarding the dynamic liquid fermentation processes carried out by Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant.
SAB members were updated about the state of the project while providing feedback and suggestions about the MY-FI mycelium materials under study.
